At ATK Gaming Gear, we stand by the quality of our high-performance peripherals and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and additional components are securely included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware to confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
